Molly McCann Sanders, President, Bravado America

Molly McCann Sanders is a wife, mother, and a lawyer.  She has experience in all three branches of the federal government.  While in law school, she worked at the United States Department of Justice in the Office of the Associate Attorney General and was a law clerk on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Constitution.  Molly’s focus in law school was on the office and powers of the executive, especially his clandestine war powers.

Molly clerked for the Hon. Edith H. Jones on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  She was Of Counsel with Sidney Powell, P.C. defending Lt. General Michael Flynn from the Mueller team’s unjust prosecution.  Molly is now Of Counsel at the Binnall Law Group where she has litigated cases involving congressional investigations and criminal prosecutions brought by the Special Counsel’s Office, and, most importantly, the civil immunity of the President of the United States (Blassingame v. Trump).
