Why is this case important to Bravado America?
This case is important because Bravado America believes that U.S. elections will only be secure when we ditch the electronic machines. Bravado America believes the DOJ has improperly construed HAVA and that this enforcement action is an attempt by the DOJ to stop the hand-counting movement before it gains too much traction.
Current Status of the Case: Thornapple has noticed appeal to the Seventh Circuit.
